Aleut Management Careers Project Manager in Fairbanks, Alaska

Manage and control all aspects of the contract while ensuring compliance With Government and Company policy. Supervise and oversee assigned managers and personnel. Serve as the focal point for all contractual matters. Responsible for Contract performance, has authority to make contractual/binding decisions on behalf of the company.
Responsible for the overall performance of the contract.
Authority to make contractual and binding decisions on behalf of Aleut.
Must be available to respond to the customer twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
Must be available to respond to the customer during normal duty hours within one hour of notification and two hours outside of normal duty hours.
Establish implement and direct policies and procedures to ensure all PWS requirements are addressed.
Implement man hour accounting work breakdown structure that provide actual work force efficiency levels.
Implement and monitor a cost control program that provides accurate and current costs versus contract expenses.
Ensure a qualified work force is available.
Direct personnel training efforts where required.
Coordinate with the Government at all levels of command to ensure contractor performance remains at an acceptable level.
Resolve conflicts with subcontractors. Supervise and support assigned managers.
Implement and participate in the Quality Assurance program.
Additional duties in direct support of departmental mission requirements.
Ten + years of experience as a manager of large Government projects; responsibility for managing funds and manpower resources. Extensive experience in managing personnel and technical operations. Understands reads, writes, and speaks fluent English.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s
License. Must provide an official DMV report. Able to receive and maintain a favorable Local
Background Check (LBC) and National Agency Check (NAC) as applicable to the position
requirements, current and future.
